We've been using K&M for over a decade, and we've never been disappointed with the results. They are fair, knowledgeable, and nice. My vehicle is over 20 years old at this point, and it's still running great. I'd recommend them to anyone (and I have).

These guys really took care of us. Our air conditioner went out while driving home from vacation, and they fixed our car same day within a couple of hours. They also balanced our tires and gave us a good deal. They were all really nice, too.

Dropped my truck off Friday to have a few issues fixed and overall truck checked out. I got a call Monday at lunch to pick it up. It runs better than it did brand new. Can't say enough about Jason and his crew. They will be doing all our vehicles from now on.

Really great shop. I have taken my vehicle there multiple times. Recently I had an issue they couldn’t reproduce, they gave me some potential diy fixes based on description and didn’t charge me anything despite driving the vehicle multiple times to try and reproduce. They do solid work and are honest, best shop I’ve worked with in Louisiana.

Still sitting in the lobby since I don't have friends or family and don't feel like paying an uber to take me home. These guys seem like pretty good people. Paying for car repair is never pleasant but it feels like getting my car fixed here is getting it done right. Here's a panoramic pic of the lobby.

I want to called K&M and spoke with Jason. I told him what was going on with my SUV and he listened and told me he didn’t think it was that and told me a much cheaper option that it may be and told me I could schedule an appointment to get it checked out . So I called back and spoke with Mark who scheduled me. Jason greeted me when I came to drop it off and called me that evening to give me an update on the status of car. He called me back the very next day and told me what he thought it was and the cost and told him that was fine. He called me a few hours later and we picked up the car. It ended up being something that was over a $1,100 cheaper than what I thought it was and he told me something else that was going on and gave me the number to call the person they deal with for that issue. The guys here are So friendly and kind and they moved quickly with getting my vehicle fixed so we could have heat. I would definitely recommend!

Make the appointment! I brought my car in on a Wednesday and had my car back by Friday. Jason explained my problem well and kept me informed about my repairs. I had a wedding to attend two days from the date I brought my car in and he made sure my car was ready in time. Make the appointment, they can fix it.

I heard great things from friends about this place before bringing my daughters car in. I was feeling like I was getting the run around from another shop and just wanted a second opinion. I spoke with the owner at K&M, and explained my frustrations to him. He told me to bring the car in and let them look it over. The next day he contacted me and told me the diagnosis was correct and what it would run to repair the vehicle. He said his shop did not perform the work that was needed and recommend someone I could take it to. I thanked him and asked what I owed. He said he didn't repair the car so he wasn't charging me for the diagnosis, he was just glad he could help me. I will be using K&M for all my future car repairs when it falls in line with services they perform. Great example of the type of service people expect but seldom receive nowadays. Thanks K&M.
